I started my life with the Fire Brigade at the age of 11. At 16, I became a firefighter at my fire station in Pierre Bénite in the Rhône (69). I later became a youth volunteer leader. At 18, I became a firefighter at the BSPP (French Fire Brigade). That same year, in 2006, I became the French rope climbing champion. I only had a 5-year contract (during which I made my first video edits on YouTube [2007], filming myself during operations!📹💻 ). Afterwards, I worked as a bike courier in Paris for 2 years🚴 . In 2013, I passed the SPPNO (National Fire Brigade) competitive exam, but I decided not to become a Professional Firefighter and re-enlisted at the BSPP with the main goal (and huge dream) of joining the brigade's communications office📹💻! I repeated the recruitment selections and training at Villeneuve Saint Georges, where I graduated top of my class💪 . A few months after my second enlistment in the fire company, I was honored to be granted an interview with the BCOM (French National Fire Brigade), which was looking for a cameraman/editor. The head of the communications office refused to hire me without providing a reason... I then decided to leave everything behind to travel the world🌍 🎒. Since March 24, 2015, I've been traveling the world. I have (so far) visited Thailand for several months, crossed Vietnam and Cambodia, hitchhiked around Taiwan (~2000 km) while only sleeping in local homes, stayed in Bali, hitchhiked around the two islands of New Zealand for 6 months (~5000 km) while only sleeping in local homes, hitchhiked through New Caledonia, visited Melbourne in Australia, lived in Taiwan for 6 months where I rode nearly 5000 km on a scooter and experienced 6 typhoons, visited the Philippines and crossed Laos! I also cycled 4000 km in California for 3 months while only sleeping in local homes! It was great... :-D On the sporting front, I've completed several major challenges: climbing Mont Blanc and Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, the New York Marathon, the Diagonale des Fous on Reunion Island, the Amazon Raid in French Guiana... I even went to Russia to climb Mount Elbrus (border with Georgia), but due to terrorist attacks once there, I had to change my plans... During my preparation for these major challenges, I jotted down a training program. This is how the Guyard Method was born! 💪 (To start my Training Method: https://goo.gl/BhFevA) Today, with these experiences, I help young people who want to become SPs. I support them throughout their recruitment process, which is often very long and laborious, in order to build their self-confidence. I'm also expanding my video editing business on the theme of firefighters! I plan to develop my YouTube channel and make it a reference in the world of firefighters. ♥ Vincent Guyard 🚒 🚒 🚒 🚒 🔥 🔥 🚒 🚒 🚒 🚒
