#noorbaaf #tileadhesive #tilebond In this video, we have shown the machines which are used in line production of tile bond or tile adhesive. In line production, first machine is sand grader. A 2hp three phase motor is installed in it. The next machine is screw conveyor which has geared motor of 2hp. It can convey 100kg sand per minute. The next and main machine of our line is ribbon mixer. It has a capacity of 500kg to 800kg and the mixing time of the mixer is 5 to 10 minutes. The next machine is another conveyor and which conveys the fine and mixed material to storage tank which has a capacity of 3 Ton. Beneath the storage tank, there is a filling machine with which 2 nozzle or open bags can be filled per minute. The setup is complete.
