Roasted Asparagus - SO SIMPLE! - A really easy to prepare side dish that is full of great flavor!

Roasted Asparagus 1 bunch of asparagus 2 Tablespoons olive oil 3 teaspoons minced garlic 1/4 teaspoon onion powder Parmesan cheese, grated Salt & Pepper Preheat oven to 425° Wash and thoroughly dry the asparagus. Snap off the tough, woody section of each asparagus spear from the bottom. Place the asparagus spears on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Drizzle with the olive oil, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to make sure each asparagus spear is well coated. Separate the spears into a single layer on the parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 425° for 12 to 15 minutes or just until knife tender.
