How Great Is Great Maple? NEW Disneyland Resort Restaurant at The Pixar Place Hotel

With the retheme of the Paradise Pier Hotel to the Pixar Place Hotel came a brand new interior restaurant, Great Maple - A Modern American Eatery. This California based restaurant chain focuses on modern American cuisine with flavors that pay homage to California's culinary history. While the restaurant itself has a more modern aesthetic, The Pixar Place iteration compliments the theme of its resort by adjourning the walls with serious self portraits of differing Pixar characters. Since we were supposed to be staying at the Pixar Place Hotel we couldn't pass up the opportunity to dine here and get a complete idea of everything this resort has to offer. We tried out their signature dishes, drank some of their renowned coffee and scored some in-house made doughnuts to see if Disneyland Resorts newest restaurant is worth the hype.
