OMAD Lean Meat & Vegetable Diet | Day 68
Day 68! 💪♿️ Today's video is a shorter one. I started the day at the gym, but after yesterday's big workout I decided to keep today's session low volume and focus on recovery. I only did one set of my reverse-grip, close-grip pull-up exercises... ...and I hit 10 reps in a row without stopping! I'm pretty sure that's another personal best, and it felt great after the progress I made yesterday. Sometimes less is more. Instead of pushing through another full workout, I called it there and focused on recovering for the next session. I also met a new gym bro named Noah, and we ended up talking for almost an hour. By the time I got home and started dinner, it was already 2:00 a.m. 😅 Tonight's meal was: 🐟 A can of sardines 🐟 A can of tuna 🫐 The rest of my plain 0% fat high-protein Greek yogurt mixed with blueberries 🍊 One orange After that, I tried another little food experiment. I mixed some pressed cottage cheese into my strawberry high-protein Greek yogurt to see if I could make it taste like cheesecake... It didn't quite work. 😂 The strawberry yogurt completely overpowered the cottage cheese. It still tasted good, but definitely not like cheesecake. I do have quite a bit of cottage cheese left that I'd like to use before it expires next weekend, so expect a few more experiments over the next few days. To finish the meal, I had about a third of a cup of my vegetable mixture. I also wanted to mention that today marks Day 3 without smoking weed again. One day at a time. Day 68 complete.
