I have repaired LOTS of leaking flares, and through all those experiences I have learned what it takes to make a 100% leak proof flare! My favorite double flaring tool (seen in the video) is RIDGID Flaring and Cutting Set 345DL/150 https://www.zoro.com/ridgid-flaringcu... It will also do 5/8 double flares if you buy a generic 5/8 die. However you have to remove the yoke to get the die out, which is fine it just takes some extra time.
