Jake & Marissa are the kind of people you're blessed to meet, you're fortunate when you're in their presence. They're both such warm and kind people - together, they're this unstoppable force. October 14, 2023 was a beautifully overcast, slightly cold, very windy day in Kansas City. The rain held off until after we were done with Jake & Marissa's portraits at The Kauffman Center - someone was definitely up there smiling down on us. The amount of love just emulating from everyone and circulating around Jake & Marissa all day was not only apparent, but uplifting. It was undeniable - everyone knew they found their person, and they were so anxious to celebrate this union.
