Chasing the Perfect Plate of Hainanese Chicken Rice
Had a solo trip to Singapore back in May 2025. I think I have mastered cooking my own version of Hainanese chicken but I wanted to see how different my recipe was from the source aka Singapore. So I traveled far and wide to different Hawker Centres to check out their Hainanese chicken. To my surprise, they ALL tasted different LOL - I was so confused. So I guess I'll just stick to my own recipe.
