This is a pencil drawing class starting from the basics. Anyone interested in drawing is welcome. Starting with the preparation section, we would like to improve your drawing skills in the beginner and intermediate sections. I will explain as clearly as possible. Let's have fun, but be patient while drawing. The assignment for the 4th beginner's class is bricks. There are three themes this time. (1) How to draw a rectangular prism using two-point perspective The shape follows the rules of two-point perspective. (2) Expressing light and shade in a rectangular prism The expression of light and shade is the same as the expression of light and shade for a cube in the first beginner's class. (3) Expressing the texture of bricks The texture of the material is expressed with the feeling of baked clay that is typical of bricks, and also with a warm hardness. There are some fine details drawn, but this leads to the brick-like feel. I used 38cm x 27cm drawing paper and Mitsubishi Uni pencils ranging in thickness from H to 5B. ◎This course will consist of Preparation No. 1-5, Beginner No. 1-20, and an Intermediate and Special Edition after that. ◎If you follow the steps in order, you will definitely improve your drawing skills.
