Intex Excursion 4 set up with floor modification, box seats and Bison 40lb motor. (1 of 2)

I wanted this boat to be completely portable to the river or lake, by one person, from the vehicle, in one trip. For that reason, I had to make the floor fold in 4 sections. I used 12mm ply, yacht varnished, hinged and carpeted. The engine is in a bag over my shoulder, everything else, including the battery is in 2 boxes on wheels which turn into seats. Everything taken from the vehicle to the river or lake goes into the boxes. I'm yet to test it on water, but it should work out ok!
