This Ted talk discusses the transformative power of education and how it can be improved by decentralization of the educational system. Rufaro giving his talk is a testimony to this as his parents were able to escape an environment with very few opportunities due to education. Rufaro is a bachelor student of psychology in his 3rd year at the University of Twente, Rufaro is also an entrepreneur, who founded Atlas Events a social organization based on creating social value and GConnection an HR tech startup looking to shake the recruitment process. He is passionate about topics such as education and entrepreneurship and believes these 2 go hand in hand.
