Date: 6/3/23 Location: Trail Ridge & Country Club, Indianola, Iowa Temp: 85°F Signal: 3 minute alert Units Heard: Vortex R4 - 250 feet Following Polk City, we headed down to Indianola to hear one of their new Vortexes. The city purchased six of them to replace a system of mostly T-128s, though they also had a T-121 and an RM-127. This is the loudest Whelen I've ever heard, and punched really hard.
