No one has perfectly balanced ears, and besides, no one needs to have perfect ears. It is a matter of choice and aesthetics and self-satisfaction. If you want to balance out your ears, then, you can use these exercises to find the tight spots of the ear-surrounding muscle group (the auricularis) and find your better version by daily practicing these exercises. You can easily see how the ears of athelete in martial arts have changed ear shapes. We often call them 'cauliflower ears. This is due to repetitive movement into the direction, which causes muscle length to 'incline' to that direction, which eventually causes the bone and cartilage to move along with the muscles to that same direction. So it is nothing special and no wonder to change one's ear position with these exercises.
