Circular walk from Burlingham Woods Norfolk #woodlandwalks

Burlingham woods is accessible from North Burlingham 7 miles east of Norwich, and has various walks including the circular walk we did and very much enjoyed. On our walk, we passed through several woodlands which were full of snowdrops, strolled along quiet country lanes with beautiful scenery across the fields, and walked through well signposted farmlands. The route we followed was between 5.5 - 7 miles (we wandered off track a few times) and took us through South Walsham before looping back towards North Burlingham . Burlingham Woods were quite busy with families and dog walkers, but away from there we saw very few people. Although the walk is signposted, I would advise taking a map (I downloaded one from Norfolk County Council website) as there were one or two parts where we were a bit unsure of where to go. I would definitely recommend this walk but would advise good footwear if venturing out in winter months as pathways through the farms were very muddy. We hope to return in the spring to take in the full beauty of the woodlands.
