Cool the mixture slightly and blend with soaked deseeded red chilies till smooth paste. Strain the mixture using a container. Transfer the mixture into a deep pan add salt and sugar mix well and cook on a medium flame for 15 to 20 minutes or till it coats the back of the spoon while stirring occasionally, cool completely.
