11 TV Hill: Towson businesses address public safety concerns

A Baltimore County community shaken by the murder of a college student in one of the busiest areas of Towson. The Towson Circle is a bit of a crossroads for shopping, dining and entertainment. Tragically, the area around it became a crime scene when a Towson University student was shot while driving on York Road. The incident had not only shaken the university, but the community as a whole. But in the days that followed, people gained a resolve to find the suspect and highlight the need to improve public safety.
