You can spend as much time in any of the member states as you wish! If your spouse has EU citizenship but you don't you're still able to move to any country you wish with your spouse. You can get healthcare in any country, you can open bank accounts and send your kids to school. Hassle free! Moving between EU countries is like moving from a city to a city within the same country. If you're an EU citizen you DO NOT need a visa to live in another member state: no need for business visas, Golden visas, student visas, or any other kind of visas. You can come and go as you wish, and you can bring your family with you. Interestingly enough, many people don't know this. They don't know which rights do they have as EU citizens.
