http://worldofwarcraft.tgn.tv/ — I hit 85 on my main, Thrakk the Orc Shaman, on Mannoroth-US PvP server, but I also managed to squeeze out a Realm First in crafting! It was the first Horde win to my knowledge, as all of the class Realm Firsts were Alliance. Total time leveling was 21 hours, with probably an hour or so worth of breaks during that time period. Also, it took a good hour to get past the mass of level 80s in Hyjal so I could quest in relative peace. I went for Realm First mining but I didn't get it (apparently someone got it when I wasn't looking). I invested about 20k gold to get blacksmithing up. This video covers how I did it, but don't use it as a general blacksmithing guide, because prices are way out of whack, and I went for speed over efficiency or profit.
