The Mighty McCulloch 10-10 - Just Hit The Shop - A Solid Vintage Chainsaw - Needs A New Chain

Stories. I like stories. This vintage chainsaw now has one. I just got this saw in the shop. I didn't clean it, check for spark or adjust a thing. I gave it a once over, put fuel in it and put it in the wood. I like the saw. I don't like the chain. It's the "safest" safety chain I have ever seen. I sharpened it, knocked down the rakers and it still fought me in the wood. I like the bar, but I don't like the bar size. The McCulloch 10-10 is a vintage chainsaw that punches above its weight. I have a few of these saws. I like 'em! This saw pulls hard and drinks fuel like an elephant drinks water! These old Macs are LOUD. I could listen to them all day long, music to my ears.
