BEFORE: Minnesota Family Heirloom 1903 Everett Upright Piano Restoration

#34956 I'm Brigham Larson with Brigham Larson Pianos. This beautiful 1903 Everett upright just arrived at our piano shop from a family in Minnesota, and it’s about to go through a full restoration. These heirloom pianos come to us from all over the country, and this Everett is exactly the kind of instrument we love to rebuild—solid structure, quality craftsmanship, and a long family legacy behind it. The original ivory keys are in surprisingly good condition—something I rarely say—and most of them are worth preserving. There’s been a tiny bit of work done on it over the past 120 years, but overall, it’s remained mostly untouched, which gives us a clean slate for a full, respectful rebuild. One of the things that really stands out on this piano is the over-engineered trapwork and pedal design. Everett built these pianos to last, and this one still has excellent bones.
