This easy 10-minute banana bread is soft, light, and fluffy all the way through. It has no refined sugar and is lightly sweetened with ripe bananas and a little maple syrup. This is a very simple banana bread recipe and perfect for first-time bakers. If you are just getting into baking, this is a great place to start. Ingredients: 330 g ripe bananas 2 eggs 2–3 tbsp maple syrup 70 g melted butter 1 tsp vanilla extract 190 g all-purpose flour 3 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F. 2. Grease a loaf pan. 3. Mash the bananas. 4. Add eggs, maple syrup, melted butter, vanilla, and salt. Mix well. 5. Add flour and baking powder. 6. Mix briefly, then finish gently with a spatula. 7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. 8. Bake for about 50–60 minutes, until golden brown and a knife or toothpick comes out with just a few moist crumbs. 9. Let rest in the pan for 10 minutes. 10.
