SUB 32 MINUTE 10K! MY THOUGHTS THROUGHOUT THE RACE! WHAT A RACE!

What a race this turned out to be! Thanks Ben and Oliver for bringing out the best in me. I re-live the whole experience and speak through the thoughts that ran through my mind. This is how I mentally break down a 10k (3/3/3/1) 1st - 3rd km: Active warm-up. Control that adrenaline. 4th - 6th km: Requires focus. Sets the tone for the rest of the race. 7th - 9th KM: The hardest and normally the slowest of them all! GRIND! Last km: ALL YOU GOT!
