What Does Modern Horror Look Like On An Old CRT TV?

I took a bunch of upcoming horror trailers and fired them through an old CRT TV to see what happened. Not because old automatically means better, and not because modern horror should all look like it was found in a damp cupboard next to a broken hoover. But horror needs texture. Sometimes that clean, sharp, modern trailer look is great. Other times, a bit of glow, softness, colour bleed and old telly filth gives it a completely different flavour. So in this video I’m putting upcoming horror trailers through the CRT treatment, including Clayface, Werwulf, Evil Dead Burn, Ice Cream Man, Insidious: Out of the Further, and Pinocchio Unstrung. Some looked class. Some looked like the old TV was trying to digest them. Let me know which trailer worked best on the CRT, and what I should shove through the old telly next. Stay Rotten.
