Dein ultimativer Regensburg Guide | Regensburg - Reise 2023
Welcome to my short Regensburg guide – we didn't have much time in this beautiful city. However, we were able to admire some of the top sights. Regensburg is one of the most beautiful German cities we've ever visited. Since Regensburg is a very traditional city, and its old town has even been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, here are the most important Regensburg sights: 1. St. Peter's Cathedral: The famous Gothic cathedral with its two towers is a must-see among Regensburg's sights. The interior can be visited during opening hours, which vary during peak and off-peak seasons. 2. Medieval Old Town: Regensburg's old town is a work of art. The largest medieval city complex north of the Alps awaits you here. The many narrow alleys, the well-preserved sights and buildings – exploring Regensburg's old town is simply a joy. 3. The Stone Bridge: The landmark of Regensburg From the old town, you can reach the Stone Bridge directly. It is the landmark of Regensburg and one of the city's most important sights. The Stone Bridge crosses the Danube and connects the historic city center with the Stadtamhof district. What impressed me personally in Regensburg is something I can clearly say: the atmosphere in the old town. Here, you're literally on a 1,000-year journey through time. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 00:00 - 01:05 Intro - General Knowledge 01:05 - 01:53 Regensburg Cathedral - Cathedral Square 01:53 - 02:34 Old Town - Old Town Hall 02:34 - 03:48 Germany's First Coffee House 03:48 - 04:05 Bastard of Charles V 04:05 - 07:02 Stone Bridge & the Legend 07:02 - 07:32 Valhalla 07:32 - 07:57 Outro ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- At the following Amazon links, I show you products that I personally believe in.
