Ajustes a la elección judicial

In this episode of "In Analysis," I discuss the constitutional reform initiative submitted by Mayor Claudia Sheinbaum to Congress to postpone judicial elections until 2028 and make necessary adjustments to the electoral process and evaluation method to ensure greater suitability for judicial candidates. I also point out some aspects of the proposal that represent areas of opportunity for legislators to address.
