La prima casa a Idrogeno (e a impatto zero) d'Italia

We are in Benevento, on an area owned by the University of Sannio, home to the H-ZEB (Hydrogen Zero Emission Building) residential building. Its technologies "aim at the energy transition through the use of hydrogen," explain the experts from the University of Sannio and the University of Stress who developed the experiment. "The production of renewable energy from solar and geothermal sources is complemented by the installation of a fuel cell powered 100% by hydrogen for the combined production of electricity and heat needed to meet the building's energy needs." It is the first installation of its kind in Europe on a real building. An experimental building that becomes a "technological gym" and is fully monitored using the most advanced home automation technologies to identify critical issues and energy potential in real time.
