Viking Epic & Sapphire machine cutter blade fix

Viking could never fix the cutter problem on my first Epic machine for 7 months. They broke the second machine after a trip to their shop. After several unsuccessful trips to have them fix the problem...WE fixed the SIMPLE problem! Here's how we did it! But they never could fix the problem and even refused to acknowledge that there WAS a problem. NEVER buying a Viking machine again! Great machines, terrible service!
