Pilar thinks the San Nicolás girls arrived early and tells Michi about it. Michi calls San Nicolás school to complain, but they tell her the girls are on their way. Pilar calls Feli's mother passing herself off as the doctor's secretary to help Feli get off the hook, but Dolores and Máximo take her to see another doctor. To save Feli, Lalo crosses the street right in front of Máximo's car. He pretends to be injured to see the doctor instead of Feli. Miranda finds out Lola has run away and meets Viviana to tell her.
