ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW APP # 26.0645 AB 4-12 KILSYTH TERRACE: Building envelope rehabilitation of a four storey brick apartment building. The exterior rehab will include replacement of all existing windows, with wood, 6 over 1 simulated divided lights with external and internally applied muntin bars. Restoration will also include replacement of damaged brick and stone. Degraded mortar joints will be re-pointed. Exterior brick and stone surfaces will be cleaned. APP # 26.1024 AB 10 SELKIRK ROAD: Remove and replace the existing 15-year-old roof. Temporarily remove the front deck railing as required to complete the work, and reinstall it after completion.
