Watch Me Draw: Coloring a Face

This video shows my technique for coloring skin tone with colored pencils. This is my first video so please forgive me if it's too long or boring or whatever. It's just a time lapse with a couple of captions here and there. I use prismacolor premier pencils. This is one of my drawings on 65lb cardstock which has a little bit of tooth to it. Here are the colors I used: black, parma violet, clay rose, rosy beige, nectar, peach, light peach, mediterranean blue, carribean sea, black cherry, magenta and crimson red! If you want brighter pictures, use black! if you want smoother blending, layer a lot and keep your layers light. thanks for viewing!!
