The Electronic Information System (SEI) is a system for producing and managing electronic documents and processes developed by the Regional Federal Court of the 4th Region (TRF4) and provided free of charge to the public administration. SEI was chosen as the electronic process solution within the scope of the National Electronic Process (PEN) project – a joint initiative of agencies and entities from various spheres of public administration, aiming to build a public infrastructure for electronic administrative processes and documents. It has been implemented in several agencies and entities across various administrative spheres. ___________________________________________________________________________________ What is the National Electronic Process (#PEN)? The National Electronic Process (#PEN) is a joint initiative of agencies and entities from various spheres of public administration to build a public infrastructure for electronic administrative processes. It is a public management initiative that aims to achieve substantial improvements in the performance of public administration processes, with gains in agility, productivity, user satisfaction, and cost reduction. The PEN introduces innovative practices in the public sector – it eliminates the use of paper as a physical support for institutional documents and provides information in real time. It consists of the following actions: Electronic Information System (SEI), developed by the Regional Federal Court of the 4th Region, the main deliverable; SEI App; __________________________________________________________________________________ What is #Barramento? The PEN Barramento is a solution that will allow the processing of processes between agencies that use SEI or other electronic process solutions.
