Our Livable Solutions Takeover Video

Coming up on this special Community Takeover of our airwaves, we’re talking about the Crossroads Village cabin community with Our Livable Solutions’ acting Executive Director Chrystal Wilson, Board Director Kristine Bedard, and alumni Jan English. Our Livable Solutions (OLS) is a registered charitable public benefit corporation operating under the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act (ONCA). OLS is dedicated to supporting individuals experiencing homelessness as they navigate complex systems and coordinate care. By actively listening, observing, and identifying challenges, OLS fosters meaningful discussions to explore possible solutions. Through collaboration, OLS empowers individuals with lived experience to advocate for and contribute to the development of sustainable, impactful solutions that drive positive change in their communities. Crossroads Village is an 18 cabin community shaped by the insights of people with lived experience of homelessness. Built by and for people who understand the realities of housing insecurity, Crossroads Village reflects a practical, community driven approach to care that supports stability and fosters successful transitions out of homelessness.
