IELC 2026 - Keynote 3: PeopleMath, Memahami Manusia Secara Utuh | Danantara Indonesia

Agus Dwi Handaya, Managing Director of Human Capital at Danantara Indonesia, introduced the concept of PeopleMath, a framework for understanding that Experiential Learning is only effective when we understand people holistically, not just through KPIs and productivity figures. This session examined the Productivity and Happiness (PPH) formula, the role of systems, leaders, and individuals in HR development, and five fundamental shifts that need to occur in the Experiential Learning industry. PeopleMath's ideas will be further elaborated in a book to be launched on July 3, 2026, at the Mulia Hotel, Jakarta.
