Wood Harris on Acting in New Edition Biopic, Being Best Music Biopic to Date

As the narrator of the New Edition Story, Wood Harris has a unique perspective on the R&B group, where the series stands in the history of biopics, and the history of the group itself. "I can't think of a biopic better than New Edition," Harris says. He also relates a story, reenacted in the series, about New Edition being paid $1.87 for a show. "They got 33 cents each!" he says.
