Workout of the day: 0:06 1. Long Cycle 2 x 33kg, 5min 48reps(9,9,9,9,12) 5:40 2. Cleans 2 x 33kg, 2min 25reps(11,14) 8:12 3. Cleans 2 x 33kg, 2min 31reps(12,19) 10:27 4. Back Squats 95lb/ 100reps in 4min 40sec 15:25 5. Push ups 100reps in 4min. 12min run and stretching for cool down 🙌🏻 Long Cycle set was quite an easy workout because I wasn’t using my max pace for this weight (10-11pm). Pace 9reps per minute feels comfortable. Cleans are fun: two sets of 2min is not much, but a good practice of hands insertion and general confidence in this movement. 100reps is Maximum but it’s quite a light barbell 95lb(43kg), next step is to do the same with 115lb(52kg), 100reps was a final target for Push ups, done with it for now ✅ Next upper body exercise I’ll be working on is Dips. #kettlebellsport #denisvasilevkettlebell #kettlebellhangout #bellevatorbelts #kettlebellkingschallange
