Exercises to help mobilize, stabilize, and strengthen your hips. A series of drills to stretch and unlock tight hips and hip flexors that are limiting your range of motion and movement, including a modified Standing Pigeon yoga pose. Part 1 of a three-part video series. The first stretch in this video uses a single long stick, either a 6 or 7-footer, and the second stretch uses two.
