Add onions, celery, carrots, stir for a couple minutes. Then add rosemary, thyme, crushed tomatoes, garlic, beef stock, 1 can of beans and simmer (covered) for 20 minutes. Then add chopped kale, the 2nd can of beans, fish sauce, and simmer 5 more minutes or until kale is soft and cooked through. © 2022 Honeysuckle Catering. All Rights Reserved.
