It was one of the biggest non-scale victories of my entire weight loss journey. 💗 For the first time in a very long time, I was able to fully enjoy a theme park vacation without feeling limited by my weight. In this vlog, I'm taking you along on our family trip to Legoland as we kick off summer vacation together. From road trip snacks and food choices, to outfit planning, long park days, and making memories with family, I wanted to show the real side of vacationing while on a weight loss journey. The biggest surprise? I rode EVERY single ride. After losing 60 pounds, I noticed such a huge difference in my stamina, energy levels, confidence, and overall mobility. We walked nearly 20,000 steps each day, and for the first time, I wasn't the one struggling to keep up. Moments like these remind me that this journey has never just been about the number on the scale. It's about creating memories. It's about showing up for my family. It's about saying YES to experiences that once felt impossible. And honestly? This trip has me more motivated than ever as I prepare to enter Year 2 of my weight loss journey.
