Blend with water until smooth. Add salt. Divide into 3 equal parts. 📋 RECIPE 1 — CHEESY LENTIL PANCAKES: 1/3 of lentil base 1/2 cup (50 g) shredded cheddar cheese 1 boiled egg, chopped 1–2 tbsp water 1–2 tbsp olive oil Mix lentil base with cheese, egg, and water until pancake-batter consistency. Fry on both sides until golden. Per pancake: ~75 kcal (makes 4–5) 📋 RECIPE 2 — TUNA LENTIL PANCAKES: 1/3 of lentil base 1 can (140 g drained) tuna 2 boiled eggs, chopped 1 bunch fresh dill, chopped 2–4 tbsp water Vegetable oil for frying Mix lentil base with tuna, eggs, dill, and water. Fry on both sides until golden brown. Per pancake: ~65 kcal (makes 5–6) 📋 RECIPE 3 — VEGAN LENTIL PANCAKES: 1/3 of lentil base Leek, sliced and sautéed in olive oil Sweet paprika to taste 1 bunch fresh dill, chopped 1–3 tbsp water Vegetable oil for frying Mix lentil base with sautéed leek, paprika, dill, and water.
