Avoiding Carry Over: How To Have A Clean Sprint
Scrum teams work in iterations, estimating what they can get done in each sprint and aiming to achieve these goals. But (shock horror!) sometimes these estimates are not correct and there are incomplete tasks at the end of the sprint, also known as 'carry over'. Teams don't want carry over for a number of reasons which top UK Scrum coach, Geoff Watts, talks about before listing his top ten tips to help your team avoid this and have a clean sprint. This is the third in Geoff's Top Ten Tips video series and he's always open to topic suggestions - what would you like some tips on? Let him know in the comments.
