Doctor Who "The Edge of Time" Theme EXTENDED

Originally composed by Richard Wilkinson, and unfortunately scrapped, this theme was made for the Doctor Who VR game "Edge of Time". Track info & analysis This theme is played in the key of F# Minor and , the same key of Peter Howell's version. In even has a synth brass fanfare, and a similar chord progression at the climax of the song. This theme also includes a synth bass along with a constant but rhythmic 808-like bass drum beat, akin to Howells. The theme makes use of both electronic and classical instruments, with string and brass accompaniments, and a "counter melody" possibly referencing Murray Gold's Arrangements. Unlike most of the themes, this theme has a dissonance in the Middle Eight, where the E notes are changed D#/Eb. Overall, this redition of the theme is a combination of both classic and modern arrangements of the theme.
