When Tanjiro transformed into a demon, Tomioka rallied those who could still fight. Despite the shock, they tried to keep him in the sunlight. However, Tanjiro attacked Tomioka and Inosuke. Zenitsu and Inosuke were paralyzed, contemplating their comrade's transformation and their own limitations. Suddenly, Nezuko intervened, pleading with Tanjiro to resist his demon instincts. Despite Tanjiro's violent reaction, she held on, even when he severely wounded her. Inosuke and Zenitsu tried to reason with Tanjiro, while Tomioka contemplated the implications of Tanjiro's transformation. [We’re comrades, and like brothers.. I’ll-] ****Inosuke thought to himself, he hesitated as soon as a memory of Tanjiro came up to his mind, Zenitsu yelled at Tanjiro to stop. When Inosuke was about to behead Tanjiro.. [I can’t follow through..] [It’s not use, Tanjiro.] [I can’t do it..] Nezuko blocked Tanjiro's attacks, even at great cost to herself. Realizing Tanjiro's hesitation to harm Nezuko, Tomioka wondered if they could turn him back. Meanwhile, Yushiro watched in horror, cursing Muzan for his ongoing influence. Kanao arrived and decided to try to evade Tanjiro's attacks, hoping his recent transformation might give her an advantage. Inside..Tanjiro was laying down, being manipulated by Muzan Kibutsuji… He just wanted to go home..He was tired, he wanted to end this. “Please..God..Let me go home. Let me go home with my Little Sister..” Muzan Kibutsuji then looked at Tanjiro with his eye. *“But then what? Your whole family is dead, buried corpses underground. Just let me guide you. I’ll show you what it’s like. Show you what’s it like to be immortal, let me show you what it’s like and feel to conquer the world.”* Muzan said, Tanjiro then spoke. *“As long as Nezuko, and l are alive. They will neve disappear. You are the Inheritor of my will.”* Muzan manipulated Tanjiro’s body and mind. *Kanao then used Flower Breathing: Final Form “Equinoctial Vermilion Eye.”* She then rushed in, Tomioka noticing her rush in. But suddenly something went wrong. due to Muzan’s manipulation throughout Tanjiro’s body, he tried to eat Nezuko, before he could he saw Kanao going over to him. He dodged the formula that was about to given to him by Kanao. With tears in her eyes in shock, Tanjiro attacked her and pushed her off the wall. Nezuko then yelled over to Kanao. *“Kanao!”* Tanjiro growled at them, Mr. Tomioka then saw Tanjiro try to eat Nezuko. He then rushed in and attacked Tanjiro, distracting him as Mr. Tomioka went and grabbed Nezuko. “**No! Let me go! There’s still hope!”** Nezuko yelled as she tried to get out of Mr. Tomioka’s grasp.. In Tanjiro’s mind, Muzan decided to escape instead of killing all of them. He couldn’t risk something like this, Tanjiro just turned into a demon so there’s a chance he may get killed off. Once Mr. Tomioka, Zenitsu, Inosuke, Kanao, and the other people there notice Tanjiro escape, Mr. Tomioka then said something. “**Everyone who can move! Look for him! We must not let him escape! We must kill him before he kills the People nearby!”** Mr. Tomioka yelled, the Kakushi then copied his order and started to go around the area, the remaining crows did the same thing. Inosuke went over to see what the situation was, the other Kakushi’s tried to make him stop moving due to his injuries, Nezuko stood up and helped Kanao.. “**Are you alright, Kanao?**” Nezuko asked as she supported on to her.. “**I’m fine..**” she said as she held onto Nezuko, she looked down with tears on her eyes. *“I’m sorry, l couldn’t do it… I thought it would work l…”* she said as she continued to look down. *“It’s okay.. you tried your best that’s what matters..”*
