Case Information: On the morning of the same day, residents of Binh Hiep commune, Tay Ninh province, discovered the mutilated and severely decomposed body of a woman in a canal. Upon receiving the information, the Tay Ninh Provincial Police launched an investigation and identified the victim as Ms. D. Simultaneously, using professional methods, the police arrested the suspect Nguyen Thanh Nha (51 years old; residing in Khanh Hung commune, Tay Ninh province). At the police station, Nha confessed to living with Ms. D. as husband and wife since January 2025 in a rented room near An Ha bridge, Duc Hoa commune, Tay Ninh province. On August 29th, a conflict arose between the two due to jealousy. During the argument, Ms. D. attacked with a knife. Nha fought back and struck her on the head, causing her death. Afterward, Nha put the victim's body in a plastic bag, transported it by motorbike, and disposed of it in a canal in Binh Hiep commune, about 70km from where the incident occurred.
