OCEAN BASKETS - My Food Journey - Pt 2

Hi guys, I just had to visit the OCEAN BASKET during my short visit to South Africa. And, not only 1 Branch but, 3 Branches!! The OCEAN BASKET is Africa’s largest Seafood Franchise that serves Mediterranean Inspired Seafood Dishes. The quality of the seafood and the generous portions have made this franchise extremely popular. Ocean Basket has been one of SA’s great franchising success stories. In 1995, FATS LAZARIDES, who was then an employee at a supermarket, opened the first Ocean Basket store with only R800! Since then it has grown from 1 to more than 200 stores around the globe. It just proves that IF YOU BELIEVE IN YOURSELF you can SUCCEED! Before writing this summary, I googled to learn more about this franchise I always loved visiting while still living in SA.
