Hector Con Carne came across the decision that the reason every single time he failed at trying to take over the world was because of Boskov. When Hector sees that Ghastly is not training Boskov to be evil, he put General Skarr in charge of training Boskov into a vocious killing machine. During a depression that Hector has with Estroy always having better inventions than him. Estroy want's to bury the hatchet between himself and Hector and invites him over for dinner. Meanwhile, Hector enlists General Skarr out on a mission to steal Estroy's Top Secret plans. A mini-musical episode filled with numerous singing genres. In the episode, Hector has Major Dr. Ghastly create delicious pies for everyone on Earth to keep them happy and distracted while he takes over. The song that takes up the entire episode is also referred to as "Pie in the Sky"
