Soil Biology and Ecology. Soil as a habitat: Part I

This is the first in a series of presentations about soil biology and ecology. These lectures were originally presented as part of a class on Soil Biology, which was offered at the University of Wisconsin-Madison (Fall 2017). In this video, we examine basic characteristics of soil that are important to consider when thinking about how organisms make a home in soil.
