In my last community post, I asked you to share your desired yoga/meditation topic. Today, I've created a video requested by 'Bae Seung-hoon.' "1. I've been meditating consistently in the military. 😃😃 Today's my 8th day!! 2. I'd like to see a simple, full-body yoga video that I can do lying down for 10-15 minutes!" We all have those moments (very often? haha). Your body doesn't feel like moving, but you feel a "need" to burn some calories. When the desire to exercise and your lazy body resist each other...!! In those moments, lie on your back for just 10 minutes and use your abdomen, sides, thighs, and buttocks. Learn slowly and carefully. Everyone, I'm rooting for you. You get it, right? Let's practice silently and beautifully. **I always upload videos without mid-roll and final ads to ensure sufficient rest for both body and mind, but sometimes there seems to be an error in the settings!
