Another day at @obertauern_com and a complete change of conditions ❄️ About 20 cm of fresh snow fell overnight, and in the morning it continued to fall so heavily that visibility was limited at times. The perfect time to test something wider—I chose the VÖLKL Peregrine 80 (172 cm) 🎿 And that was a game changer. I've always avoided powder skiing, but as it turned out, the problem wasn't skill, but the wrong equipment. On these skis, everything started clicking: stability, smoothness, and complete control, even in heavy snow.
