About this video : Cumin seeds/jeera/jeeragam is a popular spice used in cooking cuisine all over the world. They are also used for medicinal purposes to heal digestive problem, inflammation ,vomiting ,symptoms and relive from a viral infection in babies toddlers kids and even adults. Cumin seeds can be included in babies diet after 6 months. When you introduce cumin seeds you can start with cumin water. Jeera is used as it is or as a powdered form depending on the recipe. When starting out feed on the 2 teaspoon of jeera water. As baby gets adjusted to the taste gradually increase the quantity.
