INGREDIENTS (for a 22cm springform pan) Approx. 400-500g cocoa butter biscuits for layering For the base: 100g cocoa butter biscuits 1 pack of Bueno chocolates 60g butter For the cream: 750g mascarpone cheese 600ml heavy cream 200g hazelnut spread 100g white chocolate 8 tsp San Apart (or a similar stabilizer) For the drip: 200g milk chocolate 80ml heavy cream For decoration: Chopped hazelnuts Mini Bueno pieces or Bueno bars Chilling time: at least 5 hours
